QUALITY CONTROL
Al Watania Steel for Sections has its own laboratory to conduct the tests to confirm the quality of the products. All machines used are from first class manufacturers from Switzerland,Japan, and several other countries. Tests are conducted on the raw material as well as on the final product.
RAW MATERAIL TEST
1) Visual check: this includes checking for any bends, cross-sectional area, length and other
several parameters.
2) Chemical analysis: checking the percentage of each element.
FINAL PRODUCT TESTS & TRACEABILITY

The Final product is accumulated in bundles with tags of the following specs:
1)Product size.
2)Shift in which the product was produced.
3)Grade.
4)Applied standrd.
5)Number of bars per bundle.
6)Bundle weight.
7)Heat number.
