The plant mainly produces reinforcement steel with the following diameters: 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 16mm, 18mm, 20mm, 22mm, 25mm, 32mm, and 40mm. All rebars are 12 meters long.
Rebar Counting Machine
The rebar counting machine is a cutting – edge tool designed to automate and streamline the process of tallying reinforcing steel bars. Utilizing advanced sensing and counting technology.
Production Line
- Production line consists of the following stages:
- 1)Re-heating furnace with 60MT/h capacity.

2)18 stands of following:
A)6 roughing stands.
B)6 intermediate stands.
C)6 finishing stands. - 3)Quenching box.
- 4)Cooling bed.
- 5)Chain transfer and bar counter.
- 6)Tying machine.
