Al Watania Group
AL Watania Group is a 100% Qatari Company owned by Shiekh Jabor Bin Yusuf Bin Jassim Al Thani.
It was first established back in 2003, through 3 plants: 1)Al Watania Steel – Qatar ( a re-bar distributer and is also providing cut&bend services).
2)Al Watania Wire Steel ( producing wire mesh and black annealed wire).
3)Al Watania Pipes and Fittings (producing PVC pipes, PBR pipes and fittings).
REINFORCEMENT STEEL
In 2011, the idea of building a reinforcement steel factory came up due to the booming in the construction market, and the plant was officially established, and the production started early 2013 with annual capacity of 250,000 MT.
OUR PLANT
Our plant produces reinforcement steel with various diameters that is essential in civil and infrastructure projects. We strictly follow the British Standard BS4449:2005,and we produce B500B re-bar. Also, QCS-2014 is being followed and complied with. Rebars produced: 10mm,12mm,14mm, 16mm, 18mm, 20mm, 22mm, 25mm, 32mm, 40mm (all are of 12m length).
